Flashing Phone Charms

Flashing cell phone charms are particularly cute and interesting. They are often made of colored plastic and are shaped like animals and other different characters. These types of charm are having great success among fans and are being sold by the thousands, mostly because of the unique characteristic that only they have. This makes them special and so a must buy to consumers.

These trinkets have a miniature light inside them that turns on and flashes when the phone rings or when you make a call. The charms have a very small light inside which is activated when the phone vibrates from a noise, a phone ring or the vibration of your voice on the speaker, which is enough for the light to turn on. It is run by a small watch battery but in most models it cannot be replaced once it is exhausted.

Do not worry though, these batteries last a long time and the charm has a paper or plastic device which was set in the factory that guarantees that your charm’s battery has not been in use. This little plastic or paper is separating the battery from its contacts inside the charm and it has to be removed so the light will flash. This guarantees the person who bought it that the battery is not depleted and so will flash for a long time.

These could be especially useful when you are with your friend in a dark place, like a party and you want to locate each other. All you have to do is ring them and look for the flashing lights. Sounds like fun doesn’t it? I don’t believe it would work though because the charms are very small and the lights are even smaller so you wouldn’t be able to see them too far unless the place was pitch black.

Any way these charms are interesting and fun to have. They don’t just hang on your phone but they do something and they look cool when you are in a car and all of a sudden they start flashing. They are also useful like say if you have your phone on vibrator on a table in a restaurant. You can’t hear because of the noise around you but you will surely see the small discreet charm flashing and calling to you.

When you chose a flashing phone charm a good idea is to match the color of the plastic with the color of your eyes so they will look great when the charm is flashing besides them. I really don’t believe it would make any difference but it is still a good idea which might work if the lights were a bit larger. They are not designed to provide you with light; they are only decorations which may be helpful in some circumstances. Just don’t count on your charm lighting your way in the middle of a dark dangerous forest.
